Dear Jim and Steve -

Since this was the second new home we've built, and we did our homework, we were educated consumers (we're sure you can attest to that). We had toured Showcase homes, met with builders, spoke with customers ... and we chose Kassner. Good Move.

There are several key areas where you folks at Kassner shine:

• First, the high quality product;everything fits, slides, closes, opens, lines-up -- good attention to detail (plus good creative judgement).
• Second, integrity/trustworthiness/honesty; with Kassner a deal is a deal, a promise is a promise -- we were treated fairly.
• Third, responsive/accessible; our questions were answered quickly.

So, thank you, your staff, and crew for an enjoyable building experience! We love our home, but we'd be glad to build with you again if the need arises.
