Construction capabilities -

Over the past 30 years, our company has built approximately 430 homes. From a demographic standpoint, we will usually travel as far as 60 miles. While we tend to specialize in larger custom homes, we also have done numerous light commercial and remodeling projects. Our commercial projects display the same level of detail that is seen in our custom residential homes. Several of our recent renovations include Nicky's Lionhead Tavern, Gallaghers on Broadway, Lost Louis, Buster' Bar and Grill and most recently, the 1001 Club on Main Street.

We often receive requests to do additions and lower level finishing work in homes and indeed, we do a substantial number of these projects each year. Especially during the winter months.

As a long established construction company, we are probably best known for our larger custom homes but we do built smaller homes as well. Our attention to detail, design and craftsmanship does not waiver regardless of the size of the home.

Realizing that each and every home built by James Kassner Construction is exactly that, a HOME, we want to ensure that one of the most important and personal investments a family makes is both a sound and fulfilling one.
